Yale Scientists Count the Cost of Incentive-based treatments

Maine Considering a Ban on Hallucinogenic Herb

An herb known as Salvia, which causes hallucinations similar to LSD, may soon be banned in the state of Maine. It is listed only as a 'drug of concern' by the Drug Enforcement Agency.

'Snurf' Pills Send Kids to Hospital

After four 10th-graders in Pennsylvania were hospitalized this week with drug reactions, experts and police are looking into the sale of "snurf pills" on the Internet.
